3. Voice calls and recordings
The Service can handle calls via voice infrastructure providers. Audio recordings are not retained unless explicitly enabled by the controller (the taxi operator) or required for a specific agreed use case.
4. Subprocessors
We use trusted subprocessors to deliver parts of the Service, including voice infrastructure and backend/database providers (such as Vapi and Convex) and secure cloud hosting for the website. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the Service, including encryption in transit (TLS) for API communications and access controls for administrative systems.
