Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of TaxiVoice AI (the “Service”), operated by Beluga AI Ltd (“Beluga AI”, “we”, “us”).

1. Who can use the Service

The Service is intended for businesses and authorised users acting on behalf of a taxi operator or fleet. You represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for the organisation you represent.

2. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials.
  • You must not share access outside your organisation without permission.
  • You must use the Service in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, integrations, or security controls.
  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities.

4. Service features and integrations

The Service may integrate with dispatch systems and third-party providers. Availability of features may vary by integration, configuration, and provider uptime. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect your dispatch system and to process relevant customer data.

5. Data protection

Data protection and security practices are described in our Privacy Policy and Security page. Where we process personal data on behalf of a taxi operator, that operator is the controller and we act as a processor.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will always meet specific operational requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beluga AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service is being used in violation of these Terms or in a way that creates security or operational risk.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
